The Council is undertaking additional consultation in response to feedback from previous consultation on the Warfield SPD. We are seeking your comments on a document called the Detailed Concept Plan – Warfield SPD which provides:
- A revised Concept Plan.
- Plans of the character areas and associated development densities.
- Focus on 6 areas of the site (called Key Points), where for each, describes the character principles development will be expected to follow and photos, diagrams and sketches of how the development might look in these areas.
All comments received will be considered with all previous comments on the earlier consultation in the production of the final Warfield SPD.
